Hello lovelies!
Wow, it has been quite a while. So here's what you missed:
Spring of 2015 I decided to follow my life-long dream of working at Disneyland! But I wasn't yet ready to let go of my NoPo Project House. I rented it out to friends with the caveat that I might move back in a year if I decided I hated SoCal or say...the "magic" was ruined by working at The Happiest Place on Earth. Well, turns out I loved working for The Mouse, and I've now had a tenant living at the house ever since.
Some projects that were completed on the house via long-distance:
-Replaced the furnace
-Replaced the big picture window in the living room
-Multiple plumbing fixes
So, nothing glamorous or too exciting. BUT, something that *is* exciting...after living in a condo for the past 8 years, meeting my person, and having the best Shrimpy ever...we are moving into a single family home, a SoCal Project House if you will.
Since we don't yet have the keys, we are in the 'wish list' phase, the 'maybe we'll need it' phase, the 'if we had unlimited funds' phase. Below you will find some of the items we are looking to include once we take possession of the house.
